Update 25 March 2007 - The project is now a personal project. Project Dalek is aiming to create a robotic Dalek that can be controlled via the internet.  The second part of the project is to create a way of making the dalek speak in its characteristic voice, saying what has been sent via an SMS from a mobile phone. 

I am going to implement this using the Microsoft Robotics Studio (1.0). It will take a while as I haven't been able to find anyone to help and with the tardis currently requiring repairs, I haven't been able to make the time. If your interested in helping, it would be appreciated, let me know.
